At Back to the Roots, we believe in slow fashion and want you to love your timeless pieces. If you are not completely satisfied, we offer returns and exchanges on all unworn items within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Visit our online portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Prepare the Package

  Place the items in their original packaging, ensuring all tags are attached and the garment is in its original, unworn condition.

  Ship It Back

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email, attach it to your parcel, and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our team inspects the returned items, we will process your refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
